Dr. Banoth is a board-certified nephrologist who most recently practiced at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose before returning to the metro area to be closer to family. She previously served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at University Health/UMKC for six years. Dr. Banoth completed her internal medicine residency in 2012 at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago and her nephrology fellowship in 2017 at the University of Missouri.
